HexagonFall allows users to convert written text into spoken audio using AI voices, change voice styles, isolate specific voices, and generate AI-powered sound effects. The app is designed for creative, personal, and professional audio production.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must only upload or input text and content for which you have legal rights or permissions.
• You may not use HexagonFall to produce, share, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, violates laws, or is harmful, offensive, or misleading.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any generated audio or sound effects comply with applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized monetization or commercial use of third-party voices, likenesses, or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, technologies, and intellectual property associated with HexagonFall remain the property of MSF Tech Solutions PVT LTD.

Users retain ownership of original content but grant MSF Tech Solutions PVT LTD a license to process and store content as necessary for app functionality.

5. Disclaimers

HexagonFall is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of generated voices, sound effects, or content for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MSF Tech Solutions PVT LTD be liable for any damages arising from your use of HexagonFall, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of India.

MSF Tech Solutions PVT LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of HexagonFall after such changes constitutes acceptance.
